Safe Routes to School Planning

About

ARDC Planning works alongside communities and schools in Northeast Minnesota to facilitate the development of Safe Routes to School (SRTS) plans. These plans outline infrastructure and program recommendations to make walking, biking, or rolling to school a fun and safe activity for children of all abilities. This assistance is made possible by the Minnesota Department of Transportation’s Safe Routes to School Planning Assistance program. For other information related to SRTS, please go to https://www.dot.state.mn.us/saferoutes/index.html.
